If you have a product that you do not want to be crawled by bots or show up in search engines, you can disable SEO for that specific product.
- Navigate to products
- Click into the product you want to disable
- Find Sold Status section
- Tick Mark product as sold
- Click Save Changes
This product will now stop being crawled by bots and search engines. If the product has been live for a while (more than 3 days), then it's possible bots have already crawled the page, and it might take a while for this information to propagate through their systems to tell them to stop crawling and displaying the information. If it is a new product this will not be a cause for concern.
