Field | Required | Description |
Code | This code is unique and what your customers will use at the checkout, we recommend you use capitalised codes like SUMMER20OFF
Name | This is an internal name of your voucher that can be used in the system
Max uses | This is a global usage of the voucher, setting this to say 5, means that only 5 people can use this voucher before the code will be automatically marked as expired.
Max uses per user | This feature only works if a customer is logged into the system and the Force Customer to login/register when checking out is enabled. When set the customer will only be able to use the code for how many times this code is set, but if the uses is more than the max uses, then the max uses will still limit how many times the customer can use the code.
Fixed price | Ticking this will mean that the code will discount a monetary value instead of a percentage. Monetary vouchers will not work if the value of the voucher being removed is more than the cost of the cart.
Discount amount | If Fixed Price is ticked then then the value can be anything from £0.01 to £999,999. If percentage, then the value must be 1-100
Starts at | If the voucher is time based then you can set the start date and time for when the voucher should become active
Expires at | If the voucher is time based then you can set an end date and time for when the voucher should expire |
