- Navigate to store settings
- Find the Order Settings section
- Under “How many days after the order has been completed do you want until the thank you email will be sent?” you can type any number of days from 1 to 30
- Click Save Changes
The thank you emails will only be sent if an order has reached one of these stages:
- For Collections: after order has been marked as collected.
- For Deliveries: after order has been dispatched.
- For Digital Orders: immediately after order has been paid.
