If you are looking to part ways with your store or one of your stores, for whatever reason, you can do so in your account.
If you change your mind within 90 days you will not of lost any date and your site can be re-activated just like it was on the day you paused or cancelled the subscription.
After pausing/cancelling your subscription you will be allowed to access your site until the end of your billing period. If you would like an export of your data you can request by email to goodbye@dearnex.com.
- Navigate to account billing
- Find the store you want to cancel
- Click Cancel
- You will be prompted to confirm you want to cancel
- Click Yes
You store will now be automatically cancelled, any subscriptions will stop being sent out. If you want to reactive your subscription within the next 90 days, follow this tutorial.
